Last remaining copies from the original pressing! Debut Axis: Sova release, circa 2011. These tracks were captured using both 8- and 4-track Tascam cassette recorders; solo-Brett on guitar, singing and things, with a Roland TR-66 Rhythm Arranger as accompaniment on the A-side, a djembe on the B-side. This chrome detail’s got a bit of Shankar here and a tad of Schenker there, enough to blow the dust out your ears.

Back when the Axis: was just Brett Sova on guitar and vox, playing against a wall of drone, accompanied by the mighty TR-66 Rhythm Arranger drum machine.

These tracks were recorded using on Tascam 488 8-track cassette and Tascam 424 4 track cassette, respectively.

Heady vibes, steady and meditative like a wide, classic ride - the Chrome detail’s got a bit of Shankar here and a tad of Schenker there, enough to blow the dust out your ears.
